They may help you find a home but always in the worst possible place. Also very unsympathetic. Even homeless shelters let people bring their dog in and yet the woman I spoke to years ago said \there are more important things than a dog!\. Shocking woman. She should understand for some people who are at a very low point facing the prospect of losing their dog to get a home would be unthinkable.

Excellent service by the staff, particularly the advisor called Joe. In the first instance I was put at ease, by the polite young woman at the front desk. Overall I was very pleased with the outcome of my review.
Certainly gives you advice on making a homeless application and what happens etc. The advisor was unsympathetic and in my opinion negative throughout. I was upset the entire appointment and to make matters worse given a piece of paper showing the low turn over of properties rented out by the council 2016-2017. If your a family faced with nowhere to stay making a homeless application could see you housed temporarily in an area such as Thrushcraigs Crescent. The rent is around 600 odd as the flat is furnished. Your stuff put in storage and they try and find you a suitable property however may not be a choice area or type of house. You have 2 choices and if you decline both your application is over and you need to move out temp accommodation.
Been trying to phone this place all day and it's been constantly engaged! You would think it would put u in a que rather than stressing trying to get through!!!
Joke of a place
