Great customer service, phoned for advice and they were very helpful and took the time to talk through what machinery I needed. When I arrived to pick it up I was impressed by the knowledge of the guys in the shop, especially the young female (Gaynor I think her name was) who explained how to operate it. As a strong believer in equal opportunities it's good to see HSS putting the time in training their staff regardless of gender. The Young guy helped lift it into the van with me and was also very pleasant. Can't thank you guys enough and rest assured I'll definitely be back.
