Next to Ryanair, this is the worst airline I have ever had the misfortune of trusting my money and luggage with. Despite the MANY reviews online, expressing similar experiences to the one I've encounted, the price that Iberia were offering was just too appealing... How I wished I hadn't made that fatal mistake. First of all, they made a name error with my boarding pass and we were led to believe that this was corrected, after we had a very expensive call with them, voicing our concerns AND after checking multiple times online, believing that this was fixed. Well,, when arriving at the airport, BA explained that Iberia only did HALF the job.. Causing us a lot of stress at 4am before our flight.. BA were lovely btw. Adding to this, Iberias desks are often unmanned. Very frustrating when BA can't access their system.. Now. Flying back. We had a 10hr flight from Panama to Madrid then a 2hr flight from Madrid to Heathrow... Come to find out that mine and at least 5 other passengers baggages was still in Panama.. My bf managed to get his and we checked ours in at the same time!! Iberias lost of found desk was also closed. Now. Before our Panama flight, Iberia made our friend miss her flight because their supervisor took 2hrs to reach her on foot (?) and they gave her a flight for the next day with no accommodation, well done. AVOID THIS AIRLINE - Iberia are notorious for these experiences, I promise you that the discount isn't worth this. Plus their plane seats are uncomfortable. I honestly can't think of anything good to say.. Except, I like the colour red.

The flight attendants are rude and are not paying attention to the customers needs. I asked (pressing the button) FA to come three times, after that they passed by about 4-5 times over the 45 minutes period of time totally ignoring my request. When I finally asked them if they could respond to my request, FA started yelling at me trying to make some nonsense excuses and literally made me cry. Then, she walked away and got back in a few minutes to yell at me even more about how upset she is because of me. It is totally unprofessional, unethical and basically rude. I told the captain about this case and heard back that "they are ding their best". No sense of what "providing service" actually means. It was my first and last time I have chosen them. still waiting for my lost suitcase. Thank you, Iberia, for the useless service.

¿Habéis intentado hacer alguna reclamación por escrito o por teléfono? No funciona nada. El teléfono está inoperativo y el portal para las reclamaciones está preparado para sacarte la paciencia y no proceder a la queja al más mínimo error. ¿Por qué los gobiernos no controlan este tipo de abusos de atención al público por parte de las grandes compañías? ¿Dónde está la OCU? Es una vergüenza el trato que reciben los ciudadanos en la pseudodemocracia. Todo por y para el dinero.
