My laptop wasn't charging and I wasn't sure if it was the port or the charger itself so I handed it in to these guys to figure out the problem. They phoned me back an hour later to say that there was an issue with both the charger and the port but that he could fix it that day for 55, including a new charger. Only 2 days later, I've woken up to my laptop charger ON FIRE next to my bed. After taking the charger out straight away, I continued to use my laptop as normal but noticed that the battery was draining very quickly, unusual as it held a good charge previously. I phoned the shop as soon as they opened and they told me that they could give me 15 back for the charger but that was all, then they hung up on me. So I went to the shop in person, but they told me the same thing again and when I threatened to take it further they told me to \go ahead\ and slammed the door in my face. Any further attempt to contact them by phone resulted in being hung up on and ignored. Please avoid this place!

Used today as my laptop was playing up a bit. Thought at first they were genuine until I later found out the charged me 145 for installing a 20 Solid state drive. If that wasn't bad enough, they told me my old drive was broken and my files could not be recovered but when I got it home I tried it as an external drive and it was working fine. Very disappointing for a local business to be operating like this!
