Shocking After Sales Service! I've previously purchased carpets from here and I've always been delighted with the service and quality of the carpets, however this is the first time I've had a problem and they're just not interested, I showed them pictures of the faded carpet I got fitted yesterday and I was informed that's the way it's meant to look because I disagreed I was told \if I want\ we'll send someone out, disgusting attitude because I should have been told \we'll send someone out\ and what was the point in this as they'd already made their minds up there was nothing wrong with my carpet! You'll see from the picture one part is lighter than the other and there's also faded stripes running down the centre
