I arranged for an engineer to come out to have a look at my oven. The lady in the shop confirmed they could still get parts for the oven. They didn’t turn up and after 4 phone calls, was told that they wouldn’t be out and someone should have called me. I would avoid using this company! Wasted a morning waiting for them!!

My washer dryer had worn brushes and nobody had spares for it, just online, so I called the shop, Lady there was so helpfull, found exact match for even better value than online, no problem at all Thanks
Worst Experience ever! The engineer has never turned up to replace the washing machine part he removed. This has been rescheduled 5 times due to them falling to turn up or even calling to cancel. I have been left waiting on them for 8 days now and I have always had to contact them, even though they will "phone you back in 30 minutes" and then take the phone off the hook. Go else where and don't waste your money on these time wastes. This company is a joke
Avoid this place worse service ever, first time i waited in and they never showed told me it was the next day when im 100% i didnt pick that day, they then turned up 45 minuets after the arranged time to tell me he had to go away and get a wiring diagram and that they would call me to come back out and fix my oven it is now two weeks later and i still havnt heard from them thankfully i didnt wait and contacted someone eles to fix my oven but this company is terrible and would not recommend useing them!
AVOID AVOID AVOID This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Called on Friday to book a repair, was told it would be 11.30 on Monday, no one arrived, called them at 12.30 to be told he was on his way, called at 1.30 to be told he'd been held up but was on route, called at 3.30 going mad as he still wasn't here to again be told he was 15 mins away. Called at 4 and all the way to 5.30 for the phone to be engaged/off the hook. Wish I'd read the previous reviews here and on google and Cylex. Don't even consider these cowboys..JOG ON!!

Still waiting on them to turn up!! Booked an appointment and the engineer never turned up within the given time slot. Called to see where he was and was told he was on his way he would be 15 mins.... still not here
What a joke actually took broken dryer belt in and asked for a replacement and was given the wrong size,tried to return it only to be told its the right belt to put it in hot water to try stretch it but that didnt work went back again only to get told this time because its been stretched so they cant take it back. Avoid.
