Extremely easy to get to & a chemist close by too. Never had to wait long for apt. Will be sad to change surgery as I am no longer in the catchment area
Like all surgeries so many patience not enough appointments. Most receptionists helpful but some over frought thus sounding rude, always busy. Drs and nurses are rushed constantly busy with patients meetings and the like.
Reception staff cannot be more rude or unhelpful. Which is a shame as the doctors are so friendly and helpful. Think you need new receptionists or better train those there!!!
Always extremely helpful, polite and well manard. Staff and doctors go out of their way to help me to stay as independent as is possible.
