PC wasn't booting up so I took it here to get looked at. Got a phone call the next day to say they had fixed it. Cost 80 which was OK with me as I had important files on the computer. Got it home and turned it on to find that the hard drive had been totally wiped . This was done with no consultation with me whatsoever.
