The Dr's here are really good and very caring. I have always been able to get appointments or speak to a dr when required. The open surgery works if you need seen that day, it usually is a long wait however you can book an appointment if it is something that can wait.

Some of the doctor's don't even exam you right, It REALLY grinds my gears and there senior doctor should retire... I mean seriously... would it KILL to get proper treatment. I gave it 1 bloody star because of waiting time and treatment, somebody should report them to the Scottish health secretary.

Seriously understaffed, impossible to get an appointment. The open surgery in the mornings is not effective with lengthy waiting times. Several times we had to stand with sick children. We will now be changing surgery’s.

I feel the new system of going down before 10am is much better than constantly phoning for half an hour and find there are no appointments left,also doctors ,nurses and reception are all excellent

Not great really difficult getting appointments especially nurse appointments for bloods etc my last gp was amazing unfortunately we had to move due to my dissability and are out of there area if you have a choice go elsewhere
