The customer service from this company is outstanding! Raymond came out to measure up, and brought samples with him, at short notice. Booked me in for fitting the following week, and arrived when he said he would. Very professional from start to finish, though I did enjoy listening to the banter from Raymond and his fitter Tony. They even 'combed' the loose bits that were left on top of my carpets before leaving! A nice wee touch, that I have never experienced from any of the 'big' companies. And all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic job! House was left immaculate and furniture was all placed back in original position! Very handy with 2 young kids. All cutting was done outside as I have a newborn. Its perfect and we are so happy with the job! Highly highly recommend.
I have used Loop Carpets twice now, Raymond and his team are faultless. Reliable, punctual and good for banter! The care taken and level of service is second to none, I would always rather use a local small business over big corporations when possible. especially in times like this they will need custom more than ever.
