I have been with this practice for many years and have no complaints. The staff at this practice have always been helpful to me and treated me with respect. I have been referred without fuss to specialists when needed and treated properly when not. Thank you Love Street Medical Centre

Avoid this practise like hell. Agree with other reviews about receptionists. Don't want to be rude so will say they're lacking knowledge, competence and manners. From appointments being made with a nurse when one is requested to see a gp to telephone calls with nurse to be told that one has to be booked with gp instead, through misplaced forms and lack of knowledge that you would expect from person working as a medical receptionist. Difficult and unhelpful
