After a wait and a guy jumping in fir a quote with disinterested staff. Asked to see board showing samples od composite decking which was difficult to see at 180 degree angle to me. That's as good as you are getting mate. No attempt to engage ir assist. Must have been off on the sick when the customer service training was running.
