My GP always makes me feel well looked after and listened to when I see or speak to him. Genuine care! Thank you Dr Raji x

I went to the practice 10th September, I got an appointment for myself, but at the end I wanted to inform something about my daughter, because I am taking her to Asia, so I wanted to know what vaccine she needs before to go, but the doctor told me she had no idea, I can do the search by myself then tell them next time. Our flight it's in November, so I just leave it at that moment, then couple weeks later I finally got a friend know what exactly need. So I went to the GP again, but the recipient told me at least 6 weeks advance to book it, so it is too late they can't do anything. If in September the doctor who can tell me or help me find out what my daughter needs, I should have enough time to get vaccine for her. Otherwise she's a doctor but knows nothing, and didn't even try to help me find it out, let me do it by myself, that's ridiculous.
So far, it's the best GP i have had in Glasgow. Doctors are helpful as much as they can. This is my first impression of course, hopefully it goes that way.
fantastic surgery staff helpful website says about the stairs/access issues due to nature of listed building. also able to book that day appointments online good stuff

I am disgraced on my recent visit here. I am not a registerer patient to this practice but I was taking my neice to her appointment today who is still young enough for a pram, when approaching I noticed the steep stairs at the front entrance. My brother was also with me who suffers from cerebral palsy and uses a wheel chair so there was no way in me using the stair I phoned the reception to be told I could use the back entrance but when I got to the back I could not reach the back door as there were cars blocking this entrance when I discovered this I phoned reception and told them the problem for them to tell me \there were nothing they could do I would need to lift the pram and wheel chair over if I wanted to bring them in\ so not wanting my neice to miss her appointment I had to take her in while my brother had to wait outside the practice in his chair while gettin soaked by the rain. I can't believe that medical professionals (upstanding members of the public) act in such a way. I will look forward to hearing back from yous on this matter.
