I've used these guys a couple of times now, staff have always been friendly and helpful, sorting out a mistake (on my part) with one of the bookings with no hassle at all, and the rates are good. However, the drainage is pretty poor, which meant I had to walk through freezing water up over my shoes to get into my car on a recent stormy evening. And, perhaps more seriously, the roads leading to and from the car park are in a disgraceful condition, leading me to hit a pothole after leaving which destroyed a tyre. This meant stopping in the sleet and hail on a poorly lit back road in Paisley, taking all our luggage out of the boot and changing the wheel (with my already soaked through feet numb with the cold). On top of having to replace an almost new, 120 tyre of course, and sorting out any resulting alignment issues. So while this isn't really the car park's fault, and the staff have always been lovely, I will probably avoid using this car park again in the future.
Brilliant service - lovely friendly staff, car park is very secure and only 10 minutes or so from the airport. If I had one piece of constructive criticism - the carpark is quite poorly signposted so we had a bit of difficulty finding it at first, a couple of arrows pointing you in the right direction wouldn’t go amiss. However, we will definitely be using this again next time we visit Glasgow Airport and have already recommended to family members.
Plenty of parking, easily accessible, and with a bus service to the airport. Far cheaper than competitors !
Staff are so lovely, I asked and they have only been opened 5 months so they still have some building work going on. When this is completed and the car park is full hopefully we still get the same service, the service is the main reason I would book again
