Giving this a 2 star rating due to area and more importantly access to apartment. The apartment we stayed in was on 3rd floor of what looked like a tenament block . While the apartment was without doubt clean and functional, the entrance hall and stairs were in poor condition. Also sound travels between apartments. Heard many a flushed toilet all hours during the night.
