Noble Property Solutions repaired the cracks between our older property and a modern extension. Their stone masons provided a really professional service where the work was carried out promptly and to a high standard of craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Fire Damaged Rebuild Noble Property Solutions were instructed as our contractor May 2020 after our Fire which devastated our property March 2020. We had initially been instructed by our Insurance co that due to Covid it was unlikely we would be back home within the year. which was devastating to hear. Fast forward 6 months and Euan and the NPS team not only had my family back home for Christmas but excelled our expectations ensuring we were home for Halloween. Absolutely outstanding delivery and service. The NPS team work with drive and passion to deliver on their timelines and commitments, from the laborers to the tradesmen to Pete and Euan themselves going above and beyond every single day, keeping us informed night and day, every step of the way, whilst showing care and compassion, and all the time taking into account the devastation the family had gone through and giving us time and space when we needed it. As for the quality of workmanship, materials and all round project management they delivered to an exceptional level, continually checking in to ensure they are meeting their customers expectations, ensuring we were engaged and understood every step , regular on site visits and meetings. Nothing was to much trouble. After suffering the effects of the fire we never thought our house would ever feel like home again but this truly outstanding team have delivered us our beautiful refurbished home and provided my family with their safe place, our forever home. Noble PS undertook the refurbishment of my house following a fire. From my first engagement to my last, they were friendly, professional, respectful and extremely understanding. One of the biggest worries I had was my lack of knowledge of the processes and work involved. They were transparent and communicative throughout the whole process in terms of work involved, pricing etc that helped with building a trusting working relationship which put me at ease immediately. The level of workmanship was high and any queries/issues I had were answered/resolved quickly and effectively. I would have no problem in recommending Euan, David and their team.
Noble did a fantastic job - We had a burst pipe that soaked through our ceiling into our hallway during lockdown, and the guys at noble couldn't have been more helpful! Got the job done quickly, safely and properly without putting anyone at risk during COVID. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
We have used Noble for large jobs a number of times before and have always been delighted with their work. Recently they fitted a window seat for us. Attention to detail was excellent from start to finish. Great clean job executed on time and to schedule. NPS deliver quality workmanship at a fair price. Would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Will post pictures after Covid allows us to decorate!
