This is a business opportunity scheme aimed at revitalising Paisley town centre, not an easy task in this day and age with out of town malls ( specifically Braehead for Paisley ) and online shopping dominating our shopping experience. Personally I would like to see the town centre changed to a more leisure based experience with more restaurants and coffee shops, and high end bars. Paisley should have a natural advantage over many towns due its Iconic listed buildings but needs more civic pride and entrepreneurial spirit from its citizens thus hoping Paisley First can deliver
