New Radiator Thermostats were fitted to two fairly old radiators in a very short time indeed. The whole system was drained and checked. Carpets were put back such that you would never know they had been disturbed. Brian and Iain were knowledgeable, friendly and the tidiest and cleanest of anyone we have engaged. I would recommend P.E.N. Plumbing and Heating most heartily.

Totally unreliable and poor standard of work . On visit one paying 240 for 4 hrs on site they fitted a concealed cistern but left without testing it ...subsequently following tiling etc we discovered it was faulty and had to remove new tiles and plasterboard to replace faulty part at considerable extra cost . I then waited 10 days on the basis of assurance from them to return to carry out other works postponing joiners and other trades . On the day they should have attended they failed to show and also ignored my numerous calls and texts causing me significant problems with my programme and other trades due to follow them . I have never heard from them since. In short incompetent and unprofessional amateurs to be avoided
