Couldn't rate the food highly enough, incredible. Had soup of the day - sweet potato and lentil, perfect serving. Had mushroom wellington for the main - never had anything like it, absolutely smashing. Decent beer collection Staff were brilliant, made.the visit all the more better

On the ground of the old Arnott building the Pendulum is Paisleys hottest restaurant. The menu is average for choice (there are meat, fish and vegetarian dishes) but the food is good and more than reasonably priced. There is a decent wine menu too and a good selection of table sizes and a private dining area. Staff are excellent, and there is good disabled access if needed. A pleasant evening out is guaranteed.
We booked to celebrate our anniversary. We received a warm greeting at the door and shown to our table. First impression was of it being warm and friendly. Presented with menus and the market menu was fantastic value for money. There is a supplement for ordering the steak but was well worth it. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive but not over bearing. Drink prices were reasonable and plenty of choice. It was cosy and the atmosphere was relaxing. We rarely go to Paisley to eat out however we can see us frequenting this lovely restuarant quite often in the future. It is a must to try and you certainly will not be disappointed.
Nice spot in Paisley for a meal. Been a few times when visiting family and I'd definitely come back again. This time was on Christmas Eve and the festive menu which was great! Friendly efficient service and also nice views of the Abbey across the road.
My friend and I had a breakfast, vegetarian, it was very good and the bill was slightly under 14.00.
