I shop there a great deal. Some items tend, to be overpriced but I continue to use the Paisley Abbotsinch store because of attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Case in point was the great service and help I got from Gabe today who spent time advising us on the best type of weight control dog food and medicines. People like Gabe are the face of the company, and their influence on customers can't be overestimated, and is the difference between coming back or staying away. I'd give 5 stars to the staff but perhaps fewer stars for the for pricing etc. Thanks guys.

Absolutely disgusted by staff at this store .do not take your dog there for a groom or for pet accessories. Dog booked in for a groom You pay a fortune and they didn't even give me dog a bath , use shampoo or conditionee. Dog stunk like before but they lied and claimed they used a low smell shampoo absolute liars they charged 50 for a fake bath amd charge a fortune for everything. Avoid and use a local small business instead. Manager couldn't care less about customer complaints avoid them completely and save yourself a fortune

Took our puppy ( 2 years old ) for his first full groom he came out happy smelling fantastic and coat gleaming The girl Courtney was very nice and looked after our boy well Thanks Alistair and Elaine
