Never again. Always thought couldn't get worse than Arnold Clark, but Phoenix Linwood take the Biscuit. Bought 2 New MG6's and nothing but trouble since. Both vehicles have spent approx 2 years in Dealership since new. Mostly electrical problems. Mostly 2, 3, 4 months everytime booked in till I get back. Back 1 Day or same day, back in again same problem. Told 6 months back log on parts. 1 car been in nearly a year, still not back fixed. Went in for electrical, then got z call to pick it up not fixed. Not starting and oil leak. Told them can't Pick up till fixed, they said would charge for not picking up, but not driveable. So may lies from them later, car still not fixed. Now having to pay lawyers to take them to court. What a joke of a company. Be wary very wary of Phoenix Motors after service.

After appauling customer service while trying to chose our next motobility car from various garages, we have found Phoenix a breath of fresh air. Firstly the Honda garage where a request for a test drive was not a problem even though the motobility saleperson was really stretched that day ( female cant remember her name sorry), Vinnie took us out. Considering he was only 4 days into his training his knowledge of the car was impressive. Secondly onto Hyundia again as a walk in a test drive was not an issue. Ross was very friendly and proffesional. Although we have not decided what to buy as yet I feel a good review at this stage is deserved because of the great customer service at such an early stage. Even if your not quite ready to purchase a car id definately give these guys a try because their customer attention is something that their competitors round the corner are sorely lacking.
