This is no longer Pheonix Honda, it has been taken over by Arnold Clark and like all Arnold Clark dealerships, I have used, it is a very good place to buy a car. They don't pester you in to making decisions, if they offer you something you don't want, they accept it and move on. Arnold Clark systems are not embedded here yet, so not quite as smooth as others but the extra half hour was worth it.
Fantastic and trustworthy staff. I would trust my car with them over every other place I have used for an MOT or service. They are fair and do not try and make up things that are wrong with your car. When I have gone to them to advise I have found other places that can beat the price of their services etc, they have always done their best to match or better the price I have found.
We had a really lovely experience at this dealership, so much better than other dealerships we had gone too. Emma was not pushy and If she didn't know the answer to one of our questions she found out for us. It was a much more pleasant experience buying our car from here. Would definitely recommend buying from phoenix in Linwood.

Never been to a dealership quite like this. I needed the parts department and instead of pointing me 'out back', as the Americans would say, they phoned from reception to get a smart suited salesperson from parts to come out to see me. I said what I wanted and he immediately said OK and disappeared to get it and reappeared a few further minutes later together with printed bill. Was a bit miffed as it would have been awkward if it was too expensive but it wasn't so that was OK. Then he asked me where I'd parked and went and fitted it for me and disposed of the original. Now I've had that bit before. Sometimes they've been dressed smartly but never before have they not had a parts department I could go to, it was very strange. Anyway, it was a pleasant experience but if what you want might be expensive, a big part of the engine for example, be sure to get a price before he disappears so as to save all sorts of awkwardness. Easy to get to, easy parking, people on reception so there's always someone who isn't with a customer so they can get the right person for you without you having to wait to ask who to ask like at some places. Yep, I'm going there again.
My experience is I bought another CRV black edition automatic. I really like Honda. My local Honda garage closed so the down side is having to go too Linwood.
