I was found a car within ten minutes of arriving. This is the car I ended up buying. It was fifteen minutes before closing and, impressively, this made no difference. I returned a few days later for a test drive which was arranged quickly and without issue. The test drive guy was great and respected my fear of motorways and scary roundabouts. My salesman was a lovely and personable human. The sales manager was the best stereotype of a sales manager you could have wished for. I dreaded changing cars and expected nauseating smooth talk, stressful haggling and at least one glitch but throughout, I was never let down. After-care is honestly something I did not anticipate. All expectations exceeded. I'll miss the car I traded in but I have no regrets. This dealership has impressed me.
