Really disappointed in my daughters nursery pictures they are terrible so much for a keepsake they where not worth buying as my phone camera takes a lot better pictures than the sample I was given. *Edited to add just looked back and realised this is the same company that badly edited my child in her old nursery photos i have attached these ones as they look nothing like my child who had/ has curly hair which they blurred I really wish I could give 0 stars!

The most untalented children photographers you can find in Scotland. Photographing children takes much more than just clicking a camera. It takes personality. Starting with "you must love and understand children", moreover you have to have the personality! Just cause you clicked one or two so called good photo, and parents buy it, does not mean you can do your job! Stay

I've taken better photos of my son on my iPhone. I ordered images to be emailed to me, they were digital images, nine days later nothing. Emailed asking where they were and was told they were still being processed and then when picking my Son up from Nursery the images were there on a CD. A CD, even though I ordered them to be emailed, I specifically wanted these images (even though they weren't great) for Christmas Cards, that won't happen now and I've spent money on images that aren't even that good.

These guys got my 2 year old boy to pose for his nursery pictures brilliantly. We missed the deadline date for ordering with the nursery due to illness but Picture Panda allowed us to order separately then included our order in the nursery delivery. The prints were going to be used for Christmas gifts for the grandparents. The pictures were amazing. Not long after getting the prints home on 22 Dec I managed to knock coffee all over them! Picture Panda bent over backwards and agreed to email me the prints to allow me to get more done in time for Christmas. They said they couldn't guarantee to have them with me due to rushing to get all their orders out before they finished for Xmas at lunchtime the following day, which I understood, however, the prints were in my inbox just after 9am. They saved my bacon! Thanks Picture Panda!

Rubbish customer service and even worse finished products - I hope my nursery won't use them in the future..don't waste your money..my photo has a smudged/blurred background and they replaced it (only after the help of the nursery manager) so now I have the same blurry problem but now with a white ghostly glow round the child! I never bothered to contact them a 3rd time as i was so shocked at how they think they fixed the problem-utter rubbish! I've seen better quality photos from family and friends home printers. Also the actual sample photos I had consisted of maybe 20 images of pretty much the same shot - I should have second guessed the quality then but mums are always gonna buy their children's pics..well not this one from these lot again! Please be warned.

Worst photography company I've ever used. I originally ordered Nursery Graduations pictures for my son and specified they were to be sent to my home address. Picture Panda so fit to not only send the DVD direct to the Nursery - but when I went to collect 'my' pictures - I had the nice surprise of discovering that they had actually sent me someone else pictures entirely - the names weren't even the same!! I called to complain and basically didn't even get an apology. They then said they would send me another DVD out - I waited 2 weeks and still no DVD. Called back to cancel. They told me they would look at what they could do - received a call back later on that day and was advised they had just done the DVD!? and they could send it to me or I could have a refund. I chose the refund - given that one of the reasons I wanted the pictures in the first place was to arrange gifts for my sons Nursery teachers (which he had already left!). I've now received a stamped address envelope to return the 'Taylors' DVD to them - which I will do. Although, I'm gravely concerned that they've posted some random individual a DVD containing pictures of my son as they couldn't even advise or confirm where the 'original' DVD went. Bottom line - appalling customer service and a company who can't even follow basic instructions - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! UPDATE: Well it would appear as though the cardboard envelope they sent me to post the 'Taylor' DVD back to them is TOO BIG for standard post boxes - which meant I had to go to the extra hassle of going out of my way to go to a Post Office so I could post the wrong DVD back to them. No sincere apology received, no offer of any compensation for any hassle, inconvenience etc. Overall, a 'professional' company run by amateurs it would seem.
