Went in to buy a small part, and was given great service and person behind the counter took time to make sure i bought the correct part. As i am not in the trade I normally go to a diy store for these items, however will return as the knowledge and service were very good.

I ordered a refilling loop for my central heating on Thursday afternoon and it was to be delivered on Friday I then found the bit that was missing and called them to cancel They were really helpful and understanding and put my payment straight back into my bank account Great service and would definitely use them again if I needed to order anything in future Craig was really helpful in trying to get my order and understanding when I cancelled Top customer service
