Got a dress for my daughter's 18th birthday party. Dress was perfect as my daughter is in a wheelchair it's not easy to try clothes on anywhere but no problem for the staff they didn't rush us made her feel like she mattered will definitely be back

Wonderful selection of dresses but the personal service from Suzi was amazing. There was plenty of time for the appointment, no rushing or pressure to purchase. We visited other stores, but honestly, nothing compared to Polly Rose. We purchased my daughters dream dress and Suzi is keeping me informed as the dress will need to be posted, as we live in England! Very many thanks x
This is a little gem of a shop- the service was wonderful from both the girls and the selection of dresses is great - it's so nice to have a place devoted entirely to bridesmaids dresses. Also, the changing rooms are fantastic, bright and airy and really big, so different to a lot of the rather poky changing areas in a lot of other shops. We got three bridesmaid dresses from here, and everything about the experience was 1st class. Our dresses were really unusual, and received a lot of compliments from everyone on the wedding day. Can't recommend this shop enough!
Fantastic shop. Girls were amazing. Welcoming and professional. Definitely happy to help and gave some great advise. Cannot fault them at all. Loved that we had a set amount and given undivided attention. Thanks girls Sorry took so long to post review.
What a wonderful shopping experience. Owners are so welcoming and the selection of dresses is just fantastic. My daughter is so delighted with her prom dress. We were made to feel very special at her appointment. I have already highly recommended to lots of friends
