Unhelpful staff They also charge you 15% if you pay by card without mentioning it. Phone agents are entitled enough to the point of putting my job at risk

They created a new app that works horribly. I ordered a 7 seater taxi and a five seater came to pick us up. I phoned Renfrewshire Cab Co. and complained about the fact that I ordered a 7 seater and a 5 seater showed up. I was told that I did not order a 7 seater as there was no option to order a 7 seater on the app and that if I kept complaining I would not get a taxi. One of my friends then phoned up and were told they would need to wait an hour for another 5 seater, even though one was right in front of us. Attached is proof they have a 7 seater option on the app (people carrier) and the extra instructions I added asking for 6 free seats in the taxi. Before the new app was released there was no problem but now the app does not work and the operators are not helpful in the slightest. They act like it is an inconvenience to them when you have a problem. I had also paid for this extra for this people carrier taxi in advance with my card yet they still could not deliver the correct car. I will be expecting a refund after contacting the company tomorrow morning.

Robbing b@@@ app doesn't give the option to pay cash then when you check ur bank they've charged more than stated absolute joke times are hard enough without taking extra from ppls accounts

Been using Renfrewshire cabs for over a year now to and from work, never usually any issues until tonight when new driver made genuine mistake and went to wrong pick up point.. big problem though was the the woman on the phone shouting at me that the taxi was there.. where did you learn customer service skills ?? Why did it take you 30 minutes to phone your driver and sort out the mistake ?? You only find out how good a company is when you see how it deals with a problem...appealing treatment from your operator

Two nights in a row Thursday 24th July had a cheeky driver & Friday 25th July dispatcher sent the driver to the wrong address then didn't show up at the correct address
