I've been waiting for a phone call from my cpn for 7 months,nothing so far but my psychiatrist has managed 3 phone appointments in 7 months . Cpns are waste of time. Ive had one nurse over the years that was any good. As for the Renfrewshire Community Mental Health Teams are not fit for the purpose

Wouldn't recommend. It's not entirely their fault for the bad service as the NHS lacks the funding for mental health care however, making your patient feel comfortable and listened to is key - they failed to do this. They don't tailor the assessment to align with your circumstances; it's all done through a bog standard set of questions. Wasted my time.
