Brilliant service, great communications, easy payment methods straight from your phone. Best part was the professionalism of the work, allot of companies go straight for the drill and lock replacement...not this Company, picked, saved the lock and regained entry to the house. Highly recommended!
I'm happy to fit a mortice or change a lock barrel but there are times when you need specialist knowledge and experience, like door lock systems for multi point locking in my case. Greg from Securo has an amazing depth of experience and access to the huge variety of replacement parts that these complex mechanisms might need. And he was pleasant, professional and great value too. Highly recommended.
Called out of hours and got an immediate response. My door lock had been vandalised so I was pretty anxious but Greg came straight away and could not have been more friendly. Felt very re-assured and the lock was quickly replaced with new keys. Had mentioned trouble with the other lock and Greg kindly fixed that too at no extra cost. Fantastic service. I was locked out my house on a Saturday night in November with young family all sitting in car. SECURO came out within 40 minutes and got us inside and also done additional work to my front/rear doors at no additional cost and all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend them enough, just brilliant.

Greg came to fix the gearbox in my UPVC door that had failed. When I called him to ask if he could do it I knew I had the right person for the job, he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He had the lock on in no time, but then took quite a bit of additional time realigning the door - end result is that it works better now than it has in the 7 years I've had the door! Really lovely chap who clearly takes great pride in his work - plus at a great price despite it being a weekend callout. Would highly recommend.
