I was impressed that someone waited for me to pick up the car after my late evening flight was delayed and there were further delays in the baggage hall. The car was great for the journey to Aberdeen. Very comfortable and economical.

The price is quite high. Service was polite and friendly. Car is good. Not too long check-in, fast check-out. No one tried to trick me, I can recommend this place to hire a car if you have spare money.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Choice of cars isn't the greatest, I got a real lemon last time around, this time was better thankfully. I'm not convinced that Sixt is as cheap as it's advertising makes out, it feels more like a budget airline where you pay for any little extra. Now other car rentals are open again I'm questioning whether I should stay or go back to my previous company where I paid a tiny bit more but got far more benefits

I made a short notice booking but the service was excellent. Only downfall was with the website. Little info on car categories and booking requirements. The car I wanted could not be provided due to not having a credit card for the car type I'd booked. However, the advisor Ms Henderson was fantastically empathetic and was patient when finding me another car keeping in line with what I was looking for. Quickly resolved the issue and the car was already clean, sanitized and awaiting collection!
