Sofology Paisely, the sofa we paid 3.5k for had missing legs which ruined the structure. Appreciated when we were offered voucher full worth. We visited your store to find something suitable as we can't go anywhere else with the vouchers. The minute I mentioned 'Vouchers, your attitude hit rock bottom. You wouldn't get any 'new' business from me because you already got it but you screwed it up due to carelessness so you have a responsibility to make it right and give sll the time I need. Couple of advisors were pulled away from us when we had Qs and every time my wife & I asked for help, we were being reminded that we need to go to 'Customer Services' to place an order. Sounds normal when I say it but the way you guys indirectly said made us feel like we were wasting your time. You were wrong!!! We wasted 2 half days of our weekend time because of the mistake you made in the first place. These are difficult times and if you want to stay in business, you need to worship your work and every customer that visits. Once we complete this transaction, it's forever goodbye to Sofology.

I normally don't do reviews but having just purchased a sofa from Jo at this branch I was more than happy to leave one. As soon as me and the wife walked in we were left to browse the range and were not hounded every 2secs. Jo came and helped us and showed us a variety of sofas and said comeback whenever we were ready to pursue. As these guys don't work on commission there was no pushy sales tactics and pressure selling. We walked round and decided to buy on our first visit with Jo. She is an great asset to your company and I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases.

I purchased a two seater Italian leather electric recliner from this company 3 years ago for just under 1,500. Now it's starting to peel in several places. I contacted sofology who told me this was a protective coating that had been applied to the leather to get the correct colour. I have never heard of this coating before. I was also told it must be oil from my skin that must be causing it to peel or what I am cleaning it with I should only give it a wipe with a damp cloth. Well if that's the case why did they give me a leather cleaning kit with it? It's most likely that that's causing this coating to peel as I don't have oily skin. I have had several leather suites over the years none of them bought from this company I even have another couch by the same manufacturer that is over 10 years old and is still like brand new. The only thing sofology was willing to do was give my the phone number for an upholsterer.

Went in to look for a new sofa and the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. We had strict dimensions to work with and he found us the perfect sofa. No sales pitch as the don't work on commission. The sofa was delivered in 5 weeks as promised. Couldn't be happier!

Big range of sofas. Suits all tastes. Not too expensive. Bright showroom and lights can play tricks on material colours. Pleasant and helpful staff. Definitely a starting place, if you're looking for a sofa, settee, couch or whatever you want to call it !
