Attitude of a female assistant was not very nice. Shouted at my daughter who is hard of hearing and wears a aid to keep her mask up in the shop. She had it on but was adjusting it as has difficulty as both come over the ear. Not the first time I have been in this shop with assistant with the same problem. Think some retraining needed. Will not be back. Trying to encourage people to shop locally, not witj that attitude.

Great staff. Super merchandise. Excellent service. Sadly all ladies wear is upstairs. Not so good for this customer on crutches
0 stars is what this place deserves. Came in today and some girl with short blond basicly screemed at me to keep my mask over my face was just adjusting it cause i wear a hearing aid . Your staff need trained on how to speak to people no manners what so ever

Staff are dead rude, no training at all. Do not know how to process a simple size exchange. Good wee store for Paisley. Staff just neeed trained.
