Absolutely first class and I'll definitely use again. Met by Keith on arrival, parked up and headed off to the airport straight away which took only five minutes. Same on the way back. Great value for money and personal service. I would highly recommend this company.

First class. Met by Chris on arrival, easy park, at Airport within them minutes. On return phoned Chris from baggage reclaim and he was waiting for us at pickup point, back in my car and heading home within 15 minutes of being picked up. Will definitely use them in the future.
I've parked here for a few yrs now while I'm off abroad...brilliant Canny fault them ..Yeah u leave your keys but that suits me encase I leave them abroad and then yr gubbed when u get home.. Call them and there 2 collect your in 5 min ... Never have a problem
I am reluctant to give this place even 1 star. I have used St Mirren Parking several times in the past and found the place to be great; good value and efficient. However, following my most recent visit, I will never consider parking here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Previously, I had always kept my keys - which was a big selling point. Upon my most recent visit, I was told rather aggresively by Chris that "you have to give over the keys or you can go park somewhere else". I was also told that "If you don't believe me then you can check the terms and conditions online, and park somewhere else if its a problem". Handing over the keys would not normally be an issue, however, the keys are stored in a portacabin which is not manned whilst they are doing drop-offs/collections (some 50% of the time). After handing over the keys and explaining that I was simply not expecting to have to do so but was fine with it, myself and my 2 friends got into the mini bus. I went on the website and was concerned to read the terms and conditions (read these with regards to damage to your vehicle). During the transfer Chris kept repeating that I could park elsewhere if I wanted. His attitude was ridiculous and can be perfectly illustrated by quoting his parting statement, upon dropping us at the airport; "anyway mate there are keys to nicer cars than yours here, I'm not going to take your car for a joy ride". My concern was never that Chris would take my car for a joyride, my concern was for the safety of my keys. Chris' aggressive and arrogant attitude was not acceptable. Nor was his sarcastic parting shot when I collected the car; "oh look, your car is still in one piece".
Booked for second time. Easy, friendly and afordable. Will definitely book here every single time!
We booked the parking here 5 days before travelling, 2 days later I broke my leg at work. We did everything properly, contacted them by email and then we rang because there was no reply, foolishly we thought we were in good hands following the phone call. After a further 2 calls we have escalated the case through PayPal. The guy is a crook, not to be trusted and running the place on a shoe string by all accounts. Do not trust them with your money. Lesson learned from me and if the owner does read this allow me to tell you that it's a good job I don't live nearby.
Still waiting for my refund. They dont answer emails. Looking like some sort of scam.First couldnt use discount code. Once that was sorted I made my booking. Since then I have heard nothing from this company. As my booking was never confirmed, although payment was taken I felt forced to cancel my booking and make other arrangements. I have tried to make contact a number of times in an effort to get my money back but have had no response. Terrible service and they still owe me my money back.
