Pacific Care is a fantastic company to work for. I worked for another company in the care industry previously and in comparison Pacific Care stands out as being incredibly professional and a company that actually cares about their employees. I've met a number of staff from each Care Home and everyone seems to be passionate in what they are doing and they all seem to be happy in their job. My Grandad has been in and out of numerous Care Homes and after visiting each of the Pacific Care Homes I would say that the quality being provided by Pacific Care is exceptional. A lot of thought and investment has gone into the design of the homes as well as the strategies employed to improve the lives of their residents.
