Avoid, they dont care, terrible attitude the way u get spoken to with receptionist, they seem to think they are qualified on making judgement and decisions to wether you should see doctor or not, gone downhill, my daughter took seizures when due to go for couple of appointments was to sick to go, explained to receptionist and also told receptionist her smear was due , she got told by receptionist that it wasnt there problem, and that she was off practise, health care then god help us, thankfully I have left to a practise who does care for your health, and they provide the assistance that is promised for patients in medical care, I will have to make sure for the sake of my daughter that she gets to a practise who will give her her smear which is very important and to also assist her with the seizures she takes,

This guys are amazing, the reception staff are very nice and yes, they ask for your symptoms and yes they are not doctors but that also their job, I have never had an issue when phoning for an appointment (may be something to do with your attitude....) I have never had to see a doctor, its always been one of the nurses and they are just fab! I can not fault them at all.

I've been with this surgery for over 15 years. I have always found all reception staff, GP's and allied health professional staff helpful and pleasant and have never had any difficulty getting an appointment appropriate to my situation. GP's are exceptionally busy and many minor ailments and conditions don't need a GP. If people would take responsibility and look at alternatives such as their local pharmacist in the first instance the telephone triage system would work very well as it has done for me any time I have required to use it.

People are always quick to give bad feedback but I feel that it's equally important to give good feedback. I cannot fault this practice, from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses. I have been with this practice for a number of years now and have during this time had vsrious different conditions that need to be managed with regular medication and reviews and cannot fault them in anyway. I always manage to get an appointment or speak to a doctor, repeat prescriptons are always done very quickly. Reception staff could not be more helpful!

Since moving to Paisley I needed a new doctor and this was my closest one. I’m absoltely shocked at the service they provide and their processes of booking an appointment. I called at 8.30am when they opened to be told I couldn’t book an appointment but a doctor would call me back. I didn’t revive a call back until 6.15pm to be told “as a new patient we recommend you get a new patient check up before we assess you” to which I stated that I needed to see a doctor because of pain I was having. She refused to give me an appointment. I phoned back this morning and spoke to another colleague who said this shouldn’t have happened and that they would get another doctor to call. A doctor calls back but it doesn’t even ring and it goes straight to my voicemail. Still waiting to speak to a doctor (not even get an appointment) 2 days later!!! My previous doctors you were able to phone up on a first come first serve basis and were given a choice of appointments. I can’t believe this is how a doctors works.
