Would have to agree with above. The doctors could not be more polite and helpful whereas I've had several experiences with the reception staff being rude.
Absolute worst practice ever!! Countless times they have disregarded the help we ask for! The worst of it is it’s all down to the the reception staff!! Absolutely useless, patronising and completely negligent to their patients! Their appointment and prescription systems are completely useless. You literally have to call them 5-6 times before someone decides to actually do their job! The doctors do their best, well....some of them do. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS PRACTICE. Nothing but absolute hassle!
The worst practices ever . The doctor did not say even a word of sympathy. No advice as to what shall I do when I approached the practice with my sever flue , headech and soar throat issues. I could not sleep for two nights because of this but this lady dictor did not give me even a paracetamol. She just coldly said that you should not b committing to a GP - no matter u can sleep at night or not because of the sever temperature n flue ! No medicine! Shocking.
