Had to pay bill today and staff were so helpful as tried paying through Atm but wouldnt work. I felt very at ease as I suffer anxiety and cant thank them enough.
Today at rbs there is qeues of people old men and women standing for ages in the rain to be told they have to wait as only memeber of staff doing cash pay ins bear in mimd inside there is aboit 5 or 6 staff memebrs just standing around i dont understand why none of them are able to do this job
Once again had to use this branch and again cannot do a simple transaction like cancel a standing order without being told that there is a 1/2 hour wait. The RBS in Glasgow city centre what a different reaction by staff. Nothing too much trouble was in there Saturday afternoon but alas I forgot to cancel a standing order so reason for visiting Paisley. Can't understand why Paisley make it so awkward to deal with
Just had a horrible experience with a nasty piece of work of a woman member of staff at the Paisley branch behaving like a rottweiler on the door, as I attempted to pay in a cheque and to show my wife's ID for an account she was opening online, which would not accept the ID by upload for some reason. This woman was being awkward and horrible, perhaps because it was nearly closing time. Always found the Paisley branch to be one I would rather pass, i will go all the way to Shawlands next time, they are slow in there, but they at least act like they want your business. Maybe it is time we changed our bank.
