Very disappointed. Ordered during BOGOF event, but didn't get the free melts. Emailed to enquire and received no reply. I appreciate that maybe there was a voucher code I was unaware of, but a response would have been nice. The melts I did receive hardly had any smell, I wouldn't buy again
