Our buzzer is out of use but we keep receiving all sorts of parcels with no issues whatsoever. Only parcel we couldn't receive is the one we were expecting from this depot. Two failed deliveries even though: (1) my phone number was on the parcel; (2) I left a note on the main door to make sure the delivery man knew he could buzz himself in the building through the intercom; (3) I called the depot after the first delivery attempt and asked that the assigned delivery men was informed he could buzz himself in and that we are ALWAYS at home. Never heard anybody knocking on our door.

I have a large item should be delivered to my shop today, although normally we close on Monday but I let my staff stay in the shop from 11AM only for the delivery. The staff open the front door, turn on all lights just to make sure let the driver know we are opening.However, at round 3PM, I tracked the delivery, it shows: DROP-OFF POINT CLOSED! WHY? I suspect the driver didn't come at all. I contact the customer service, They are good enough, tried to contact the depot. But workless, no explain why this happened and no accurate answer if my item can be delivered today or tomorrow,I'm afraid it will happen again tomorrow. I know there is request to proof delivered parcels but the situation like today is totally waste our time, I think it's also necessary to prove the driver did come, coz I see many reviews complained about the similar situation.Hope the driver could be more responsible and careful, not only they are working, but also we are waiting.
If only I had negative starts to give. Pathetic service. Horrible service.
They said no one was home but they have been to wrong address,5 houses and farms have this post code but only one called Waterhead house and I have CCTV and 3 dogs plus they have to drive up to a cattle gate and open and drive into yard so I couldn't miss them,it's the usel driver been to wrong house or couldn't find it so just tells lies
