Physically shocked at the rudeness and disgusting attitude of the staff, at Glasgow airport. What a terrible way to start my holiday. I urge anyone who is considering united airlines to NOT fly with them as they are dreadful. Staff obviously so bored and fed with their shite jobs they feel the need to rudely harass customers.
