The staff are always so polite, knowledgeable and friendly. We only changed to V4P recently and so far it’s been a great experience and good value for money for the healthcare plan. I also love that they offer a wider range of appointments and opening hours than most vets even during the pandemic. It makes it so much easier to pick up our dog’s preventatives when the vet is open later than 5pm as both my partner and I work during the day. Luckily we’ve never had to visit for treatment yet but it does give me peace of mind that they don’t close halfway through the afternoon and I could get help, advice or treatment for my dog into the early evening if I ever need it. Our previous vet was not so accessible and did not make us feel so valued, which is why we left. Thanks Vets4Pets for a much better experience.

Staff are really helpful and efficient , the surgery is clean and well looked after. Our new puppy was getting his first load of vaccines and he was treated so well he didn't even react to it .
All of the staff were very helpful. The recepymtion staff/nurses were very friendly. The vet clearly cared about my cat and explained her current health and the best options for her going forward. He took his time to explain everything and answered all the questions I had.
Vets4Pets Paisley is a great practice and has the animals best interests in mind. All staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I never feel rushed during my consultation and the vets/ nurses are always available to answer any questions about my pets overall health or offer advice on diet and exercise. This is the best vet practice that I have ever used
When you arrive you telephone them. The Vet comes out to discuss the issue and takes the pet inside. When they finish they bring the pet back to you, we waited in the car park, and give you advice as to what the problem is. The receptionist then comes out with the payment machine. All very easy.
