Had an issue with delivery a week ago, but phoned Toni the manager who was professional and understanding. He immediately stated I could have the full price of the meal (29) for another meal at my choice of time. He also told me to keep my original meal. When I phoned for my replacement meal, it was delivered with no payment required or any questions asked. Brilliant meal and service. Well done East Star. Brilliant Chinese!.
Never tried here before will definitely be ordering again. Delivery was quick and food was delicious and large portions. Disappointed in our regular take away so decided to give this one a go and won't be ordering anywhere else.
