Fabulous support offered to my disabled daughter. Who is required to self isolate. Staff called her to ensure she was getting help with shopping and had someone to talk to. Brilliant thank you so much ️

They helped me to get a new house quickly & seemed great. As soon as I moved into the property they withdrew their support & take absolutely FOREVER to do, complete or even start repairs! I know of 3 other people who have the same issue with them! Think carefully before joining this housing association xXx Update Chasing me for rent that I do not owe, but when I ask anything about my repairs, I get nothing, no response, no answer, not a word, nothing. The repairs have been waiting from last November so Covid-19 is no excuse! How badly do I wish I had not moved to here... miss my last place so much xXx

They are always helpful when any repair work or personal information is required.

Staff and housing managers were very helpful and made it easy to explain what was happening and help the best they could with the resources they have

Absolutely woeful. My elderly in-laws have recently moved from Williamsburgh to sheltered accommodation due to I'll health and medical needs. The treatment they have been given by Williamsburgh is disgusting. They have lived in the house for 15 years and it is in perfect condition, very well maintained and loved and perfect walk in condition. Never missed a payment etc. They have had to removed all carpets from a 3 bedroom house at their own cost (although they are in good condition) and put back original light fittings (although the new ones are far nicer) due to this being policy that the house is returned in the same condition as given when first let. Does this mean that they also want the nice laminent in the hall and lino in both bathrooms removed - No. They are perfectly happy for these to be left and also the expensive fitted blinds which act as a security feature whilst the property is empty. I feel it is disgraceful how they have been treated causing extra stress and expense to and elderly couple who are already in poor health etc, at a very difficult time.
