I've been training with Pak Hok Pai for a decade. The practice has given me the confidence to push my boundaries and I've met a lot of friends around the globe that I can consider as close as my family. Pak Hok Pai is an active club that also contributes to the Campbelltown Community. Offering classes and Demonstrations around the Campbelltown region and has been training at the Penshurst Pole depot for about 3 years. If you're after a way to get fit an meet new people. Pop into our Gwoon! Not only will you learn Martial Arts and Self Defence Techniques, but you'll get to meet new people and perhaps train to participate in one of our lion dance demos or join our fight team who went to Singapore last October to compete in a round of friendlies.
