The worst experience ever. This is not general about AVG service but particular about this Pala service centre. I had some of the best experience at other service centres of AVG. Gave my car for repair to this centre and have it done at the Kanjirappilly as per their arrangement and they returned it to Pala with the documents for delivery. When I took delivery they said that the documents were not returned from Kanjirappilly. When I contacted them they insisted that the documents were sent along with the car and that is evident from the records. The Pala people kept denying and the Kanjirappilly people kept affirming. This blame game went on indefinitely and then some one in the business told me to contact the general manager. I did and he intervened. Now for the first time the concerned person at the Pala center held responsible and was asked to solve the issue by getting me a duplicate driving license. In a month I got the license, though I had to bear part of the expense. The last bad experience with them was in September when they kept me waiting for more than an hour for collecting a cheque. Because the accountant guy turned up late. The people here are the least professional and efficient. Terrible people. I'll never ever take my vehicle to this centre.
