This is an okay cafe with usual 'cafe' items. We 3 people visited recently and there was only one guy to manage all tables. Ordered their new Volcano along with some waffles and drinks, which was worth the Rs.90. No kids menu, no takeaway options and no cards payment, but he accepted gpay. Only space for 2 cars in the underground parking, where some old rusting cars have eaten up the space. In short, they can make this place a big hit if they can work on their menu and provide better parking options, considering there are no other note worthy cafes in town. So will i visit again?, maybe later in future if I'm with some children with their craving sweet tooths.. My rating: 3.5

MERLIN THERESA GEORGE

The place is well set and offers a great ambiance. They offer a range of coffees and you also get pouches of exotic teas you can take home or as a gift to someone. They have pet fishes kept on all the fine wooden tables and hanging plants overhead. The place is well decked. The menu offers varied dishes but choice is quite limited and the cost can be said a bit high compared to the quantity.

Owner was very kind and sweet. Very good service. Food was super tasty and it's an amazing factor to have a restaurant with western food here in pala. Hoping to see more items in the menu and more branches across Kottayam with a bit more spacious seating arrangement. I tried cafe doro's signature rainbow ice and waffles.
