My overall experience here has been decent. The owner is a really nice person and range of products and lenses available is really good. Especially in the premium segment. But after sales experience with kurians has been bad. They would of course assist you in case of difficulty but you'll never have a resolution to your problem. It's more like comforting.There are things about lenses they don't share before we purchase. Based on products available in pala, I'll give it 3 stars. Based on the range of lenses they provide I'll give them 4 stars After sales assistance and resolution, I'll give them 1 star. PS: the employees can be really unhelpful and annoying, as they would prefer avoiding answering questions when you come with problems.
