One of the worse customer service i ever had in my life. This SBI branch never atten the calls even after making 6 to 8 times calls . Main authority must take action agnist the staff who think that people are slaves in front of them.

SBI Pala. Situated near Maharani Yuvrani Theatre. (Pala erattupetta road). You can also find other banks such as Canara bank, HDFC bank, and SIB near this place. The staff is always helpful and willful in providing services and usually its almost crowded.
