Very pathetic service, His main way of making money is to cheat people by giving old systems and refurbished system without proper invoice.Not picking up the calls for service and nothing working properly. i called him today and he promised to come and fix things in 1 hr. but it was just a lie. I am just writing this review because he cheated my father and felt really bad. To Mr Guruvaryurappan-- If you don know how to setup DVR and FIx computers please dont do it ...at-least try to learn..
