This is being posted for improvement of customer improvement approach by Nila Modular. Please see my post of appreciation more than an year back. However, with deep regret I have to inform that my experience further has prompted me for a second opinion. I have remodeled my Kitchen to modular with the help of Nila in Nov, 2017. I have used all the best materials including the cabin draws with stainless steel. However, the draw runners got rusted in 2019 and I started continuously following up with the service provider how come a stainless steel can rust. At many a time it was very difficult to get him. I was told by one of his local office that under Covid 19 situation service cannot be done. Finally they turned up on 10.1.2021 and told me the fact that the runners are not stain less steel hence got rusted. I am surprised how could they do this inspite of charging me a good amount for modular. I requested for replacement on free of cost but they refused and I had to pay Rs.2000/- for a non stain less steel fitting. I have two suggestions to make (1) they should upraise the customer each and every aspect of the fittings and (2) customer's after installation service should be improved so that he can recommend them to others. In fact my cousin is enquiring for their service, which I am not confident of sharing. Hope Nila Modular concerned person will see my suggestion and improve themselvs. Nice group of people to associate. You have delivered my requirements more than my expectations. All through the assignment you were connected with us not only in doing the work in style but also economically. Surprised, still you keep connected with us and keep our confidence. All the best to you and your team for more opportunities. Thanks.
